Our Services

Where to Start?
We are not cookie cutters of each other, so our training shouldn’t be either. Every athlete moves differently, learns differently, and brings their own strengths, habits, and areas for development.
From there, we can identify what that individual player needs and build a training approach that meets them where they are while continuing to move their development forward.

Athletic Performance Nutrition
As a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach specializing in athletic performance, Crystal Roe combines evidence-based strategies with years of hands-on coaching to help hockey players fuel with intention, recover smarter, and perform at their peak. Her mission is simple: to bridge the gap between training and nutrition so that athletes can build strength, speed, endurance, and resilience—on and off the ice.

The 4 Pillars of Elite Hockey Performance
For a hockey player to perform at their highest potential, their success must be built on a solid foundation. At the core of Crystal Roe’s coaching philosophy are four essential pillars key areas that must be developed, balanced, and prioritized consistently:
Mindset
Nutrition
Training (On and Off the Ice)
Recovery

Off-Ice Training for Hockey Performance
Crystal’s off-ice training are built on over two decades of experience and a deep foundation in sports therapy, rehabilitation, and movement mechanics. Her background goes beyond sets and reps, she understands how the body moves, recovers, and performs under pressure.

Player Development
Player development is more than completing drills or learning individual skills. It’s understanding how each athlete moves, recognizing their individual habits and needs, and developing more efficient movement patterns through intentional progressions.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. The goal is to build the movement, not just complete the drill, and continue connecting those movements as the player develops.

Camps and Clinics
CPPS camps and clinics are built around purposeful development. Each program creates an opportunity to break movements down, focus on the details, and give players the time and repetition needed to build stronger movement patterns and more efficient habits.
Depending on the focus of the program, sessions may incorporate technical skating, edge work, movement mechanics, off-ice training, performance nutrition, recovery, and other areas that support the complete athlete.
